    Default Juvenille Herring Gull

This was one lone Herring Gull hanging out with a large flock of Ring-bills. There was some nice late afternoon light and a stong wind to ruffle his feathers.

It is a good potrtrait lighting, lots of detail. I might hit the eye with selective sharpening.

hi Paul, You have done pretty well with a somewhat awkward COMP. Just a tad more of a head turn would have helped. Nice BKGR. I usually hate side light but this one sort of works for me. That said, the cheek is pretty bright, maybe hot...
