    iam sorry for not posting much just haveny been getting great shots and had personal problems but went out today and saw these beautiful waterbirds
    not as nice as your roseys but still nice

    Derek, what a great looking bird, well photographed, also. Exposure, sharpness, super. In composing, I could see a little more on the bottom and less on the top, if that works for you. Hope you post more often, and glad to see you back.

    Glad to learn you had a chance to get back out, and glad to see you posting as well!!! What an amazing looking bird this is. I don't find it any less beautiful than our spoonbill, but so different and probably more difficult to photograph b/c of the whites. Agree with Grace that I would prefer a bit more on the bottom and some off the top, but I'd also prefer this with just a little off of the left as well. This profile capture gives us a good look at the head plumes and their intricate details. TFS

    Very nice! Love the pose and head angle. Don't mind the crop at all, but I wouldn't mind seeing a bit added to the bottom (while taking a bit off the top to maintain the aspect ratio)

    thank you all agree with more on bottom less on top thought i had more to play with without adding canvas but i didn't have it thanks again for great information

    Magnificent bird.You have captured it superbly.I like the crest and lovely lights.

    Yuw what a different looking spoonbill, it's a first for me. I like the lowish angle and the beautiful colors, hairdo and background TFS.
