I'd love to see this bigger. Good head angle by both birds, and I love the setting. For some reason the flowers in front of the right bird do not bother me while the ones in front of the left bird do. Still a very original eagle photograph!!

I agree, I have always had trouble posting here, I loose so much clarity to get to the 150kb
and usually reduce the size to get a little more clarity, doesn't always help.
I actually have this one printed out as a 13x19 and it is tack sharp one of my best ever.
    Thanks for the kind comments.

    Hi Larry,

I see you are using the Mark 1Ds II. You should have plenty of pixels to do a tighter crop and remove some of the dead space on top. The FG flowers does not bother me. The exposure looks good in my monitor.

There is an thread about how to prepare our images before posting. I have to agree with Daniel, I would love to see this image bigger.

    Thanks!

Very unique and interesting, Larry. I like how the yellow flowers and the bills match.

I love the environment of this image! The head position of the 2 eagles is really nice too!

The colorful BG only contributes to the photo. I would never thought of cropping of it, as the photo will loose its charm.

I agree on the positive things said about the image. I think it's marvelous. However, on my Mac there is an overall dullness to the image which I think could be fixed with Levels in Ps. I tried this and it worked great. My prep for BPN (all in Ps) involves crop, resample to 96 dpi (prob. not necessary) and 700-800 pixels on longest dimension and choosing Bicubic sharper (Fabs Forns pers. comm.), then finally File-Save for Web and Devices and select the option to optimise for 149k. Works nicely.
