Hi Michael, nice and sharp where it counts, exposure spot on, which in turn has brought out the overall detail very well. I like the raised wing flight pose, but not too keen on the squarish crop. I feel a horizontal will look even better.

I agree with Stuart about not being a huge fan of the current crop, but I would actually like to see it with a longer aspect ratio ... but in the vertical direction. Otherwise, everything else looks spot on! Can't tell if the wingtip is motion blurred or just out of the plane of focus. Doesn't bother me much, but I was curious (meaning, is the SS fast enough to freeze the tips?) Thoughts?

Michael, awesome shot. vertical works well here I think. Lots of details and good angle. the wing position helped counter the effect of high sun. Excellent.

Excellent flight shot. Love the wing position, detail is superb, and exposed very well. I like the comp, but I can see this as a horizontal as well.
    Well done.

Great wing position, with good detail on the wings. Amazing stubby bill on this juvie. I could see a little more room on top.

Your exposure is on the money and I am seeing a lot of details under the wings. Nice pose and angle. I might consider a crop from the bottom and more space on top if possible.

Exposure and sharpness look very good...lots of amazing details on the wing. Nice upstroke wing pose too. Good composition options already offered. I'm wondering if the image could use a slight boost in saturation.
