    I have a love affair with Hummingbirds and Tanagers. Certainly two of the most exciting bird families in the New World.

    Glenn - no criticism here, just praise! Well done. The pose makes him look like he's showing off, the feather detail is superb, and the background couldn't be any cleaner. Thanks for sharing!

    Nice Honeycreeper Glenn and nice tanager page too. You need to visit Colombia to get some of ours, like our endemic Multi-colored Tanager.

    Lovely gallery on your website, by the way. I've seen and photographed exactly one species of tanager, but a lad must always start somewhere. As for this particular shot, it is elegant and sweet! I have no criticism to offer, it's a very good shot and that's that!

    These are indeed beautiful birds, and this captures him nicely. Great angled perch and parallel pose. Lovely.
