Hi Bob. Exposure techs look good. I think he looks a little cramped above his head and for his "virtual" feet. You might consider more of a vertical crop here or at least open up the frame a bit. Also, although I'm looking on a crummy monitor at work, it looks like he's a bit green to me. Take that with a grain of salt, though, if the looks right on a good monitor.
Hi Bob- Agree with Ian's assessment. I like the image. A bit cramped at the top and the virtual feet look like they are cut off. There is a colour cast- probably yellow- which is easy to remove using a method I outlined here:

You might want to tone down that bright patch on the neck.

Great shot and very nice clean background. I see the yellow cast that John mentioned, but I kind of like it. It gives a slightly different mood to the picture.
