Default CS5 Refine edge mask v Topaz Remask3

I have recently been playing around with the refine edge mask in CS5 but never seems to be able to get results quite like shown in the various tutorials on the web, with reference to fine hair/feather detail on birds. Has any one tried Topaz ReMask 3 and if so how would you rate it against the refine edge mask in CS5/6? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

I use ReMask and it works great. I've never used the refine edge mask, so I don't know how they compare. If you get ReMask, be sure to go thru the video tutorials on the Topaz web site (and there are more tutorials on YouTube), as it can sometimes be tedious to get the mask perfect if you don't know how to use all of ReMask's features. Once learned, it's an easy to use tool that gives great results.
