Ain't love grand????? Beautiful image and fine choice of BG. The eye of the bird on the viewer's left seems a touch soft. Perhaps a little selective sharpening would fix it. D800 is giving great detail.

Lovely interaction and colours. However, IQ is not great with not much fine detail and quite a lot of noise on the birds. Looks like a heavy crop to me.

The interaction is super and colors are nice and saturated. I also see some noise on the dark feathers and also it seems to me that you had to apply some Guassian blur to the BG. It doesn't look like a natural lens bokeh. I would reprocess this one if you have time.

A nice interactive image, Alan. The bill shape and structure would seem to indicate very specialist feeding - any ideas?

Absolutely killer pose and love those eyes that look like moonstones. Agree it looks like a large crop, but I think this comp really works and the BG is super.
