    Sanjeev,

Great portrait, but I am a little perplexed by the "wrinkles" on the neck and back, which to me look a little odd, but they may just be caused by angle of light.

Although they do not bother me you might like to consider eliminating the white patches in the background

Hi Sanjeev, I like the slight head turn to this portrait and you have controlled the whites well. As it stands I would suggest either cropping out the 'grey' creeping it at the top of frame or just clone it with the green BKG. Although, as you know I'm not a lover of square crops, but this could also work if you take the crop from the top RH corner down, so the crop finishes just after the mane, as I don't think the added back adds anything to the image. Or, but I doubt you have it, just move the crop more to the right. Good to see you retained the detail in the nose, however I think you could afford to apply another round of selective USM.

Nice IQ, agree with Steve on the crop.

Good pose and exposure with a very nice head turn toward you. I think you could improve on the crop and, when doing so, I would consider removing or cloning the slight grey line on top.
