    LRIII---->CS4 (curves, light cloning, NR and sharpening)
    Field note: really like the new 300 2.8 and will post some shots at 600MM,..very sharp.

    Hi Jeff, love the stretch and that eye. Good job on the exposure, looks great to me. Looking forward to more images from the 300mm.

    Excellent with all the attention drawn to the pointing bird.

    I'm about ready to start looking for a 300/2.8, I think. I can't afford the new one, but I can't get the 500/4 either. Will probably need to settle for the 300 and a 2x.

    Take a serious look at the 300 2.8 the flexibility is great. With the 1.4 and 2.0 it provides lots of range and is tac sharp - really amazing.
