    same subject, focused on behaviour. Nikon D300 Nikkor 60mm three extension tubes f13 1/250 Shutter pr. EV 0 spot iso1600 . In camera: D-lighting moderate, contrast 0 , sharpness 3. cellophane on right side tinfoil to reflect the light.
    in PP I folllowed the J.Oddell's advices: noise reduction as chrominance 100 luminance 30, USM 5-20-10, some work on curves-levels.

    Hey Valerio, I like the way the DOF falls off in this one as it is sharp where it needs to be. I do wish the BG was a bit less distracting.....and you can try smoothing it out some more. Nice capture of the behaviour.

    This is a good capture of behavior as Roman mentioned above.... It really draws your attention, especially with the red and black coloration.... I wonder if it might look more dramatic with additional cropping on the left and bottom.

    Hi Valerio. Nice shot of a caterpillar doing what caterpillars do. I would wish that the head was a little sharper. I would agree with cropping - particularly from the left to reduce the bright background that is pulling my eye away from your subject.
