These guys are especially cute when they're little. Very nice detail on him as well as sharp and nice light. The blurring of the railing lessens the attention to it but at the same time I almost feel that he's "floating". I would be tempted to have a little more detail on the railing if it was there.....just to let me know he's on it.
I should have mentioned that Alfred and Arthur are to the left of the frame... I think that the white OOF thing on the left of the frame could be one of the BPN members.
Nicely done. I love the sharpness of the bird and the shallow d--o-f. It would be easy to QM out the blurred white shirt.

Hi Raul, a beautiful bird, well exposed, bright, and very sharp/detailed. For me, the blurred handrail doesn't seem natural. Otherwise I really like this.
