Hi Randy,
Good composition and great look at the mouth- a dentists' dream patient!
I feel the image needs a bit more contrast or add a couple of points to the blacks in selective coloring in PS if you have it.
I also wish I could see the feet but like the fact that you have enough room at the bottom for the virtual feet,

Quite the gaping mouth!! Ofer has what I had in mind when viewing your image. Too bad the gull did not stand on top of the ridge, but still an entertaining image!
