Very nice! Exposure, details, BG...all perfect. Great look at the talons. I would have loved to have seen a bit more perch (and more above to retain comp balance) but this is very appealing. Love it!

Stunning shot of this spectacular bird. They are truly amazing. Saw them in Johannesburg in the Botanical Garden but far away for a good shot.

Definitely a regal pose. That's quite a magnificent bird, and well captured. I think the dark feather detail is preserved nicely. I really like the serious look on the bird's face - that combined with those talons seems to say very clearly that getting any closer would be a very bad idea.
