Found a few White-throated Bee-eaters one afternoon on our way to Lake Natron - Tanzania. They were sitting in good late afternoon light, not to far from the road.

Steve, I made the setting changes as suggested - please let me know if the profile is ok now?
The image itself seems to not have enough sharpness, this often occurs during conversion, did you apply any sharpening after conversion, as I find that it is often necessary.
A little bit more room on the left would have been great, plus perhaps a boost in contrast to up the colours a little.
Beautiful subject, nice perch. OK background, I could do without some of the extra branches near the head. I would also like more room at left, and no branches peeking in in bottom left corner. Nice colours. The image looks properly focussed but just not sharpened well for post (the repost looks better, but could be even more on the fine details). Did you sharpen before and after resizing?
