It seems like I haven't taken a photo in months, my son in law and I have been renovating their home, new bathroom in basement, laundry room and a bedroom. Lots of time put in, over 40 sheets of drywall, all new plumbing and electrical (good thing I am a jack of all trades, but master of none). We put primer on the walls yesterday so the end is in sight.

I took this image back in June, these are two Elm Sawflies mating but the look on their faces reminded me of two wrestlers.

A small Topaz Simplify Effect added to image.....

I leave for Calgary and the Rockies next week, then Fort MacMurray, Alta, then Lake Athabasca for fishing...should come back with a wack of photos....

Have a good August...see you in September. I know I haven't posted much but I have been looking.

    Ciao

Paul, I love the image - looks like the one on the left has a "gold medal" on his back so maybe he was the winner Have a great trip - I can hardly wait to see some of your images.

I really like the Topaz simplify effect and those orange antennae really stand out nicely.

I know all about house renovations as I am in the 7th week of mine . Good you are soon taking some time off. Enjoy!

Paul, safe travels and have fun. Love the title! I might lighten the two darker areas in the background, but this is a terrific capture!
