Liking the natural scenery, and some nice feather detail showing through , a slight pity the red necked one is hidden behind the bird in front, much like out Emus here, these birds are great to come across, such characters.

I like the composition and habitat, but for me the overlap of the right-hand birds is a killer. Do you may be have another frame where there is more separation?

Thanks Ben and Phil. Yes I have one where there is no overlap. Will post it ASAP.

    Sanjeev:

Impressive birds, agree about the overlap as a problem.

I think you might try to run a slight lifting of the shadows to help show a little more detail in the birds

    Cheers

The overlap of the redder individual is a main issue, but also the need for some CCW rotation. Well exposed and great sense of habitat.
