    Just enough of a window in the trees to get this one, he was my companion for each day in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica
    taken as a vertical

    The foliage along the LLC really hurts the image. The upper body of the bird looks great though so I would crop this to a tight portrait,

    I agree with Gail. Crop it tight enough to remove the branch in the front. Otherwise good exposure and detail.
