    Taken in Feb, 2012. Cropped,sharpened and NR applied to background.
    Small portion of the perch on the back of bird is removed and Width of the perch is reduced.

    Canon: 550D, 100-400.
    F: 5.6, 1/640, ISO: 200, Spot metering, White balance: Auto. HH.
    Exposure bias: +0.7 stop.

    Hi Satish, I can see where this guy gets his name from - lovely colour on him. You have brought out the detail nicely, and just love the BG. Maybe a little off the top.

    Very nice capture Satish. Stunning detail in the feathers and nice detail in the perch. The background is great as well. I would suggest removing some of the green from the background (bottom right). Possibly desaturate the greens a little and then paint over (5-10% brush) with some of the brown/orange. Just a suggestion.

    Great BG to go with the bird and the bird looks very nice.
    Nice PP if you removed some of the perch, can't tell at all.
