Sanjeev,
Some may think the colours look a little odd, but lets face it Giraffe come in many shades and patterns. Perhaps reducing the whites a bit may help, to warm it up, but you know best what colour it was.
Would have loved to see the mouth slightly open.

Hi Sanjeev, a nice portrait of the Giraffe, with detail, form & tones in there.
I get the impression this was backlit, but could be wrong? If it is backlit, then a very simple way to adjust things is via a method Russell used, which is quick and easy, but gives you ultimate control over both subject and BKG. In addition, as I have tried, opening up the eye will retain all the lovely features you have in it and will give distinction and draw the viewer in. Depending on the crop and how much you have, I might be tempted to move the whole crop a little more to the right, allowing more space in front of the nose and less to the LHS. A fraction more USM would also help too.
