This one landed right in front of me. By the time I got my gear he already walked down the beach an into a protected habitat. I had to shot in the water right below the barriers (ropes & cables) to get the shot.

Not getting any EXIF on rightclick, Mike. (Mac, Firefox). I might crop a bit from left and below to decentre the egret a little more. Dodging the shaded area of head, neck and thigh a little and darkening down the water would highlight the bird a little more.
