Looks like a fine shot of a Wilson's Warbler. Not easy to get such a sharp, unobstructed shot of one. Even the head-angle police will approve. Another crop of WIWAs will be on the way south soon.
Agree with Declan. A really nice Wilson's Warbler. Note the fairly featureless plumage with overall yellow tones, and the black cap starting to show on the head. Because of this latter mark I would suggest the bird is an immature male. Unlike many warblers, Wilson's adults don't look much different summer and winter. Here's a nice male from September, Gaspé Peninsula looking very freshly moulted into its Basic plumage for the winter.
Another vote for Wilson's.
