A sweet image that brought a smile to my face.
I like the sand on the wet nose and those perfect little ears that do not show any battle scars.
    Nice low POV.
Good IQ and exposure and I like the dappled light-it works well here.
I wish for more room on the right and that the tail wasn't cut off.

    Hi Ken

A very cute one, sweet picture. Nice FG, I mean the sand. I think you have controlled light very good. Agree with Gail on the RHS.

    Cheers, Gregor

Hey Ken. Great image with good detail & a high cute factor. With all the focus being on the lion's face, I am unconcerned with the space on RHS. I like it as posted. TFS.

Thanks everybody, I admit to not noticing the clipped tail, like Andrew I was concentrating on the face. Here is a quick fix, as it was virtually full frame the clone brush came to my rescue.

    Cute capture.

Personally I would tone down the background sand, to allow more attention to be drawn to the cub.

    Russell,

The BG was an awful lot brighter
