Taken in late afternnoon light, D300, 500VR, f/6.3, 1/1600, ISO 400, matrix metering. Slight crop left and top for composition, basic adjustments using Lightroom and CS3. Wish the hotspot on the neck wasn't there :(
A perfect capture in every way. While it is slightly hot on the leading edge of the wings and throat, it appears to be flying into the setting sun. Judging from your composition and use of image adjustment programs, you could use a little brush work to fix you up if you think it will improve a printed piece.

Nice light and details. You could fix the overexposed spot in your RAW converter using 'recover highlights' and/or curves. I would also brighten the dark part of the wing. Keep them coming!
