    Saurav,

For me and my recently calibrated monitor this looks just a little over-saturated, other than that what a look!!

Stunning shot with great light. Wonderful composition. And I wonder how the Lions always can tolerate so many flies!

Hi Saurav, a very striking image with that intense stare and setting. I would agree it does need some overall reduction in Saturation, however to what degree, or if other channels need to be adjusted is difficult, as the file is RGB and for web presentation an sRGB profile is best/required to avoid any colour issues. I might also ease off on the blacks, so if you have added any in Levels, Curves or Contrast as adjustment lays then perhaps a slight reduction may be better, but only on the subject, as the nose and gums look choked. I like the way the body is off centre within frame and the way the FG/BKG works, another good call on the DOF.

    Hi Saurav,
nice intense look in the camera. LIke the low viewing angle and the placement of the subject in the frame. Nicely done.

Will jump on the choked blacks and the saturation , that Steve suggested.

Beside the nits , quite nice image.

    Cheers Andreas

Lovely scene and portrait. I would bring down the yellow and red a bit but a minor nit.

A great lion portrait. Love the very intense look, soft BG and light. I think the critique has been covered.

I wish you had displayed it a bit larger here, 1000 px on the long side.

Thanks a lot for the suggestions!

A repost, brought down the saturation and blacks a bit. Also toned down the yellows a little.

    Great image.

Personally I would play with the white balance as I feel the colours are little off.

    Hi Saurav,

The repost looks great, much better than the first one.
Btw, is this Notch ? Some images of a similiar lion has passed my eyes now quite frequently on the Internet :)

    Ciao

Sorry for missing this one Saurav.
Great stare, sure looks like "Notch"...
Your repost is better but still looks very yellow/red to me...further tweaking may enhance...try selectively desaturating those channels using the normal PS saturation tool.
