Evening flight

Had some fun with ospreys last evening. THought the evening was over when this one swooped in front of me. Caught focus forward in the frame so cropped as you see.

well frozen action. nice details in the underparts of the wings. nice eye contact. & lovely warm lighting.
agree with steve on the BG but i guess u cannot do much about it...

Nice light and details. The BG doesn't bother me. I would apply curves or S/H to bring out more details in the shadows.

I like the BG too, sometimes the blue sky can get a bit boring.
As Axel mentions, opening up the shadows will improve the image.

Excellent shot, I am not sure but I think it miught be slightly over satureated. Other wise outstanding.

Nice wings and the bg is ok with me. A change is always good.
