I love this. A very different setting, the tern really stands out.
Very nice FG habitat, cool angle and the fish is a bonus.
Perfect size in the frame also, just very well done.

excellent pose BG and the fish. you captured a very dynamic pose. excellent as presented at this size.
the HD version isn't bad but it looks a bit noisy, perhaps too much sharpening?

Arash, Thanks for the kind words. I am still learning PP and trying to find the balance while applying NR and sharpening and haven't been able to get it right.
So yes it could be that extra round of sharpening. But I do have TIFF w/o sharpening so I will revisit to find if I can do it any different.
Thank you everyone for the comments.

Terrific image, Maya. I love the habitat, wing position, flight angle, the fact that the feet are showing, and of course, the fish. Very well captured and presented.

Excellent!! Pose, comp, habitat, techs. Perfect...but next time ask Mr. Tern to flip the fish the other way to see the face!
Keep them coming!

Great pose, habitat, and sharpness. Wing position is good. The darks could go a bit darker using the left slider in levels.
Well done!
