Nice capture, Larry! This looks good for Cooper's to me, a Juv. The eye color and the heavy streaking make it a juv. I feel that the size is good for Cooper's also, but that is just a guess, based on the plants in the fg. Also, assuming that the shot is recent (summer) and from FL, Cooper's is much more likely.

Definitely a juvenile Cooper's Hawk. The main marks are the fine breast streaks that look almost as if they were applied by paint brush. Sharp-shinned have heavier, blobbier streaking. The whitish eyeline, not that round a head, and heavy looking legs are also all good for Cooper's. The leg thing may sound a little crazy, but when banding hawks I've actually been able to do instant IDs on birds in the net just by the thickness of the bare lower part of the leg (called the tarsus).

Look at photo #2 for a juvenile Cooper's Hawk that doesn't have streaking as fine as yours.

Photo was taken a couple of days ago at Fort Desoto Florida.
He was doing his best to snag a squirrel as big as he was.

Larry, that's pretty amazing that you captured the squirrel and the hawk in the same frame!!!!
