Joe - nice flight shot with good sharpness and wing position. Water bg is very pleasant too.

Hi Joe, This is beautiful capture and I love the patterns in under wing of this bird, dangling feet and falling droplets...Sharp, well exposed and nice flight pose..I see some noise on far wing but that is small nit.
I am planning to visit JBWR on coming weekend, how is action there at this point?

Make sure to check the tides. Low tide is best. Many shore birds starting to show up. The next 2 weeks should be good.

Nice catch, Joe. These are tough birds in flight. Good wing position and bg. I could imagine the bird a tad higher in the frame, but no biggee. How's the water level in the East Pool? (Room to walk around?)
