Randy,

What a great shot, the first thing that crossed my mind was beautiful full wing span, feather detail and fantastic action moment in nature. You captured the beauty and strength of this creature. Very little to critique here, there might be a few hot spots (legs) a faster shutter would have fixed, might work the eye some (sharper) and consider cleaning the bottom edge of twigs - really like this one - keep em coming.

Good show Randy, very nicely done! Love the landing capture and the nice wing spread. Excellent exposure and color and you really made the most of what I call the "DOF budget". I might give the bird a little more space and expel the two little bits of twig at the very bottom of the frame. A touch more saturation in the sky would top this one off nicely. Look forward to more!
