The details and perspective you bring to these images is fabulous. I am enjoying your entire series of the Bascilia.

John, Wonderful work once again, I might evict the 4 spotlights (2 on each side) if it were mine. I like the careful framing and the details.

I like it better without them.

Hi John, perfectly framed and wonderfully processed HDR. I like the repost better also. Beautiful work!

Absolutely love this HDR, John! The comp is excellent and I'd give the repost a nod as the lights were slightly at odds for me.

Very late to this discussion. This image gives me a sense of the awesome size of this church--and this is just the altar area, not the area where the congregation would be. The low angle causes me to look up and marvel at the intricate details. The a mount of carvings, paintings, architectural details, windows, etc. is simply unbelievable. I hadn't noticed the spotlights, and could go either way with them. The light colored Crucified Christ reminds us that he is the focus of all this beauty. I find the reds in the arches on the right side a bit distracting and might tone them down to match the other reds. I wonder if a little more contrast in the upper half of the image might make that part a bit sharper, more like the bottom half. Again, excellent work!
