Nice BKGR and COMP. You did as well as you could but this is just one more example of why I hate side-light for birds: overexposed highlights on the lit side...

I guess rim lighting is an acquired taste I always thought it added drama to an image but I know others find it unnatural. Beautiful bird and image .
