I haven't posted an eagle for a while!
I like this one because it is full frame and basically straight out of the box.
    Manual, 1/2500, ISO 640, F 6.3
PP- NR on BG, levels, USM
Comments and critiques always learned from and appreciated with thanks,
    Gail
Oops forgot to say F 4.0 500mm and 1.4X converter

Straight out of the box! Nice job, Gail. Was there snow on the ground? I like how the underside of the wings appears lit up. Great detail, sharpness, exposure and IQ, and I like your comp.

No, no snow. Just one of those high overcast bright days.

Gail: which lens? 500? Nice shot! A close-flying b.e. would make what's left of my hair stand up! Here in southern ONT they are seldom seen, and always far away...

Hi Gail, good flight angle and flight pose, and pretty much nailed on the exposure too. The eagle pops nicely from the overcast BG.
