    Very nice habitat image. I like the light, details and exposure control. Maybe a tad less contrast. Keep them coming!

    While this is sharp and the EXP is good and it certainly shows the habitat, this one does not do much for me. The o-o-f grass in front of the perch and the single light-colored spear sticking out from the bird's back are distracting to me.

    personally i like these kind of images. just one thought - how would a slight crop from the bottom & a bit from the right look (ofcourse if its not a full frame image) ... ?

    Greg Iike habitat images. This one definitely shows the Bobolink where we often find them. I find the colour at the back of the head a little pale. It may be the lighting at the time but I normally see these birds with pale yellow or "blond" feathers there. Perhaps there's some regional differences in colouring.
