Eye contact pulls the viewer right into this image. BG makes it pop. Well done.

Quite spectacular, Arash. The pose, light, pop, IQ and BG are just great. The eye contact seals the deal.
With that high SS and aperture, were you set up for fast/close action? Just curious. Fantastic work.

Love the light especially on the wings and contrasting nicely with the darker moody backdrop

Hey Sid, yes I was setup for action and with 840mm I have increased my base shutter speed a bit too.

    I think this is spectacular.
The light is wonderful- spotlights the harrier with interesting moody shadows.
BG is really nice.Perfect wing position and HA.
    HD version really lovely.
I might consider cloning out the white spot underneath the top of the leg.
It appears to be a highlighted tip of a feather but I don't think it adds anything to the image and is a bit distracting.

Arash - Awe inspiring! Great light, pose and details. I agree with Gail about the stray feather highlight.
