    Nikon D300 ,Nikkor 200-400mm f/4G ED-IF AF-S VR
    1/1250s f/4.0 at 400.0mm iso250
    hand held, natual light, 75% of ff

    taken at a local Marina, as these birds have just migrated north for the summer.

    Well done esp. considering that the light is from the left. I like the sharpness and the BKGR.
