Theme - Eastern Kingbird on a Branch

This is the same bird I posted 2 days ago, but on a railing - this was a few moments later after it flew into a nearby tree. Harsh light, unfortunately, as it was mid-morning on a sunny day, but I did some levels and adjustments in LR and PSE to try and mitigate that - e.g. shadows/ highlights, and I toned down the leaves. Moderate crop.

D7000, 300+1.7TC, 1/1250 at f/6.7, +1/3EV, ISO800, pattern metering, no flash.
