Satish:
Your bird is sharp and well exposed, nice pose with subtle head turn.
There is a fair amount of noise showing up in the darker areas of the BG.
I would consider using the clone stamp to tone down the very bright area in upper right corner of the background.
Just for personal taste, I might try a version with about 10% of the free space at the top cropped off.

Satish, you have a very nice image here..Sharp, well exposed, excellent HA...If mine I would tone down the BG and slightly lighten the shadows.
Very good image with good IQ, detail , eye contact and pose. BG doesn't bother me; for me the dark bird pops out of it nicely. Good job and thanks for sharing.

The bird really pops and the exposure looks really good, well done.

Beautiful shot. I love those birds, saw them in India last year. Wish I had a good shot of them.
Wonderful sharpness and great head turn.

Sharp and well exposed. Very nice pose and HA. I'm also for slightly toning down the bg.
This is extra good Satish, very sharp and nicely detailed blacks, the perfect perch as well, it stands out beautifully from the background...my only minor thought would be the bright region top right, but I don't see it as a problem, my attention is drawn purely to the bird and not the surrounds....exceptional shot !
Beautiful capture and details. The pose is good but find it noisy in the shadows. Very nice otherwise.

Very lovely image, Satish. Perfect exposure with nice sharp details. The head turn is just right and so is the comp.
Nicely done!
