    Default St. Augustine Wells Fargo

I'm back to architecture for a few days This was taken at Deb Sandidge's Night Photography workshop in St. Augustine in April. There was quite a bit of ambient light downtown. I used Fractalius Sketch 1 on this one at a lower opacity and fill. There were a lot of shadows and I kind of liked how they looked with fractalius. But maybe I'm a party of one on that one. I'll post another totally different one tomorrow using Sketch 05.
    Thanks for looking.

Wonderful work...the processing/filtering on this image is outstanding. The play of light and shadow...the diverse lines throughout the image, inviting your eye to weave in an out...I wish the entire window could have been included in the upper center, along with a bit more of the railing on the RHS, but that may just be me...beautiful colors. Well seen, and well done!

I like this. Just enough Fractilius to make it different, but not "over-the-top". I'm betting a lot of folks who don't like "just playing with PS" images would love this one.

Really nicely processed, Cheryl. Love what fract did to the stucco. This must've been difficult to crop. I like the current crop but wonder about clipping the top edge of the railing in the URC. And I might evict the shiny reflection in the window in the LRC. Overall, I think this is really well done.

Thanks, John, Derek, Doug and Maureen. I'll need to go back and see if there are other crop possibilities - I think I was eliminating different things when I cropped it this way. I'll have to check it out.

Cheryl, I like your choice of filtering and the capture. I see Maureen's thoughts on the railing.

I like this a lot. Hard to believe you took it at night. I like the crispness and graphic quality of the look you achieved. The cropped railing doesn't bother me. Nice work!
