Hello Sanjeev, nice pose and interesting subject. It feels very tight in the frame to me and I'm surprised that you didn't shoot this one vertically. What was your zoom setting? The sun angle was an issue for you here, as the back of the neck is in shadow while the face is very bright. I would clone out the flies and whatever that is in the lower right corner of the frame.

Hi Sanjeev- I like this. Maybe a bit more room at the top would be nice. I like the flies myself (!) but would remove the little thing lower right. The head angle is a little away from you- I would prefer an angle a little towards you, but this one works.
