Probably theee most entertaining bird I've ever enjoyed shooting, this Reddish Egret sent me home with some really great images of the funkiest poses. This one I thought was pretty funny. Ft Desoto Fl

Wow, fantastic pose captured in nice muted light, Cheryl.
I feel the same way about this bird. It is always a treat to find them at Fort DeSoto or Fort Myers Beach or some other places.

For someone who called me yesterday morning from Ft DeSoto complaining about the weather, it looks as though your maker didn't let you down after all those prayers and positive thinking!!! Love the sharpness and details in the head and neck feathers, as well as the unique pose and raised leg. The muted light appears to have worked to your advantage. There is evidence of your added canvas.

Thanks for that heads up Marina. I have fixed the canvas oops and I blame it on using content aware and getting a seam that I needded to clone away. Thanks for the description of usigt the marques tool and not selection tool to select my area for fill. Hope it helps

Hilarious pose, nice light, focus and exposure. My eyes are not sharp enough to notice the seam, looks fine to me.

Absolutely killer pose; you've timed this perfectly. Light looks great and I love the water.

Now that is a high impact pose...love it!! The eyes look so intense. Love the forming wave behind the subject. You've added just the correct amount of canvas, just needs to fix the subtle seam Marina pointed out. Super nice!

huge WOW factor in this one, Cheryl. A bird I'd definitely like to photograph one day.

great great pose and colors. shooting angle pretty much perfect. Addition of canvas is quite good except some areas. the ripple pattern over the OR in your signature is what gives it away. If you re-do that, it will be very hard to detect.

Thanks everyone for the input. I have fixed the canvas and would love any suggestions on adding canvas with content aware to not get a seam. Thanks
