Hi to all you viewers,
photographed this geyser in Yellowstone NP in May 2009 ,i forgot the name so maybe one of you guys can clarify what geyser it is.!! Thank you for help.
Hope you like it.
Canon EOS 1D Mark IIN
EF 17-40 at 38 mm
Tripod
f 16 / 1/350sec / ISO 200
Processed in PS ; FF plus canvas extension to top and LHS with followed slight cropping for composition .
I'm not American, but isn't it "Old Faithful"??
Nicely captured - like the composition, Andreas.
Love the rainbow. Light seems a tad harsh? Late morning perhaps?
Could this be "Beehive"? That geyser is within site of Old Faithful and does have an afternoon rainbow.
While I wouldn't mind more room at the top, I'm fine with it as it is. You maximized both the eruption and the rainbow.
