Hello everyone. Here is another shot of this little on different perch. I like this perch better than the previous one.

    Hi Robert,
    Pretty image.
I like the pose and engaging HA. Really like the eye.
I like the composition and excellent DOF.
I might add a bit of punch to the image by boosting the neutrals and blacks in "Selective Color" by 1 or 2 points each.
If not against your principles I would clone out the little branch on the bottom.

Looks like you had fun with this little fella. Nice shot.
Agree with Gail about boosting mid tones using Selective colors.

I really like the pose but am not too crazy about the perch. I don't have a single picture of this species so personally I would take it anyway.

Great pose and HA with nice details and sharpness. Good suggestion by Gail on giving it a bit more punch.

    Robert:

Attractive fellow, good pose, like his angle in the frame. Like the curve of the perch, but its shagginess is a bit distracting.

Agree about a little exposure adjustment, but close.

    Cheers

Robert, Gail has given some nice suggestions to improve this one. Everything looks great you just need to give some punch to it and it is a winner.

Hi Robert, lovely soft light, and once again, love the pastel colours on this species. I like the leaning pose, sharp where it counts, and would maybe come in from the left a touch.
