John, I love the rich complimentary colors (my Photo Club theme this month). I really like the composition and the beautiful curve in the stem makes it really special. There is one black spot on the edge of the leaf on the RHS on the downward sloping edge that you might want to remove. Beautiful work - it'd look great as a print.

John, Simple yet wonderful. Love the blue and gold color combo. The color tones are rich and the composition is perfect in my opinion. A home run!

I look forward to your photos! Gold against blue is striking. Well placed leaf creating different and interesting composition. You stopped the processing just in time. Well done.

Great bold color combo and like the simplicity to comp, John. Well processed, has a nice glow to it, and like textures in both leaf and BG. Wondering about bringing out just a tad more of the interesting interlacing details in the leaf with some contrast?
