    I always love seeing this species out around the ice. I actually didnt get any good looks at them last year in Churchill so it was nice to find this guy this year.

    Beautiful species , well photographed. Love the great color in the BG. Sets off the subject very well. Fine composition as well. Nice job holding detail in the darker areas.

    I would lose my mind if I had access to this gull! One of my favorites on the planet! Nice job with the whites and blacks. I like this picture!

    Whites are perfect. Love the overall colours of the image and the detail. Superb angle too...

    I can imagine shooting in snow/ice would be difficult with exposure { no snow here } but this seems very good and perfectly composed, magic color in the backdrop
