Hi Satish, interesting pose with the raised foot and slight outspread wing. The greens stand out nicely on the head, as does the yellow eye. I feel the whites on the chest are a touch hot, and overall, I would decrease the contrast on the shoveler. Good clean up of the leaves on a lovely calm water, but I would have also removed the dark spot ULC. I would actually take a bit off the top anyway.

Cool pose and nice plumage on this handsome drake.
I like the sheen on the green head.
I wish the head wasn't turned away.
There's a halo all around the bird (possibly from the selection and selective bg treatment?)
I'd also try and get more details out of the whites, remove the dark blotches at the top left and move the bird off center.

PS: I was apparently typing when Stu posted his comments, hence the repetition :)

We have the same bird here seasonally, but getting close enough for a good photo has eluded me so far. This is very nice Satish, glorious color in this image, very good subject isolation and no distracting elements, your repost has made it even better
