    Default Egyptian Vulture - Immature

    Canon 7D, Canon 500mm f4. ISO 200, 1/3200 Sec, -1 EV, Evaluative metering.

This image reminds me of it's status. Standing on the edge and looking down hill. Currently it is an Endangered species.. future is grim too.

You chose your EV well girish even though the head is a little hot in some places. I take it by the shadow position the sun was close to overhead, that in itself presents a challenge with exposure.

    Why on the endangered list?

I like the pose, perch, sharpness and BG. I see some repeating patterns in the rock below the feet where you might have cloned out some whitewash. Nice image!

Sorry, forgot to mention.. Yes, tried cloning out some white wash. Was in two minds whether to keep it or clone out.

Hi Girish, good feather detail, sharp, and that beak sure looks like it can do some damage. Love the colours in the BG. I too can see the repeated clone marks. When cloning try not to repeat the same area, so as to create a natural finish.

Detail is magnificent. Might take some off the bottom as I find the large perch a bit over-powering. BG is outstanding.

Teriffic shot. I really like the perch, excellent background, great details, and great comp. Agree on the hot spots on the face.
    Well done.
