Nice shooting angle, sharp where it counts. Nice action shot with the bee.

Welcome to BPN and excellent first post.

excellent dynamic pose and a nice BG. you got lucky the head is sharp at this shutter speed. I would sharpen the bee a tad more. overall excellent dynamic image well done

You did well with this one Giuseppe given that you're shooting on a tripod and knowing how fast these little birds can move.

    Hi Giuseppe,

Welcome to BPN, great capture, an amazing image, I'm trying one of this without success for about two years...
Love the BK and the composition on the frame, the bee in the beak is an extra bonus. If mine would try to add a bit of vibrance on the birds colors, I also shoot the european bee eater a lot and IMO their colors are a bit more vibrant.

Welcome to BPN! That's a pretty impressive first image post! A dynamic pose and an incredibly sharp eye. I like the suggestions about a little more saturation and some additional sharpening of the bee. Look forward to seeing more of your images.

What an awesome first post (welcome to BPN!!). Very sharp where it needs to be, and love the look of concentration on the subject. A bit of a saturation bump would indeed be good. Looking forward to more!
