Watching this bird come back to it's nest reminded me of watching the Jet Fighters come back to the carrier for landing. Only thing missing is the tail hook.

Excellent image! Sharp with great detail and perfect exposure control. Awesome pose too. I see funny circles in the image - wonder what it is?
Here is a quick repost with some boost in contrast and colours, a bit canvas added to the bottom and right and some off the top.

The differences in each are subtle, and I had to take them into PS and view them side by side to see the differences. Repost is an improvement over an already awesome capture. Exposure, details and sharpness are right on. Love the fanned tail, and the way the light is hitting the kite.

Great flight pose, HA, light, detail and sharpness. I do prefer the repost with a bit more room below.

A fine flight image, Joe. Made even better with subtle contrast boost and added space beneath, per Ofer's repost. Very well done.

It looks so much better than a Jet Fighter, Great flight shot, Joe.

Excellent pose and details, Joe. Love the added contrast and comp in Ofer's repost. I'd apply a very slight warming filter.
    Terrific flight shot.

Great timing and wing form, agree with Ofer's edit with more room at the bottom, but find the less bright whites better in the original
