Default The belly rules the mind....

This shot was taken last week in the morning light. We all know how hungry and demanding the chicks are. Here this chick is begging for breakfast to it's parent and it's Mom/Dad in frame was also calling it's partner to hurry.

Hope you all like this. All suggestions and comments are welcome.

I really like this, Maya. Both tongues out and pointing at each other! Sharp and well exposed. Really neat behavior captured. I can feel the sense of urgency here.

I like the chick so much I might consider cropping the adult out.

Now that's one hungry chick. I like the comp, and both tongues. Nicely captured. I don't know if there's anything that should be done to lessen the impact of the green area; or maybe just leave it as presented, which is very nice indeed.

So lovely is that chick and the green behind the chick that yes, I'd be inclined to agree with Dan. Certainly an alternate version with chick-only would be lovely! As presented, this is a loveable and cozy picture! Glad to see it...

This is wonderful. I love that you've captured both birds talking to each other.
